Wetland Reserve Program/Wetland Reserve Easement (WRP/WRE) and Hazardous waste reviews – the 136.6.1 EPG will soon have some updates including reviews for Wetland Reserve Program easements and hazardous waste use of ESTARTS information. The EPG will be updated to describe what WRP/WRE is and the implications for impacting those properties.
Bats! FHWA Bat programmatic agreement (PA) – a new PA is coming out that will include tricolor bat that will also now require mitigation for tree clearing outside of 300 feet, which is different than the current requirement. The update/change will also likely impact review of USFWS IPaC report system temporarily as these updates go into effect.
