CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing various lane closures for pedestrian improvements along U.S. Route 69 in both directions in Claycomo starting at Eugene Fields Road to west of I-435 near Randolph Road from approximately 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., daily, through Friday, June 7 (extended from Friday, May 31). All work is weather permitting. This is not a complete closure, but motorist may experience delays.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
