JACKSON COUNTY
Interstate 70 between Jackson Ave and Benton Blvd (Jackson Curve and Benton Curve): left lane closed on both eastbound and westbound lanes on Wed. May 29, from approximately 8 am until 3 pm, for barrier wall repair.
JOHNSON COUNTY
Holden Street (NW 21 Rd) over U.S. Highway 50 in Warrensburg: flagging operation from Tue., May 28 until Wed., May 29, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm daily, for bridge repair work.
LAFAYETTE COUNTY
Route U bridge over South Davis Creek: flagging operation on Thu., May 30, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm, for bridge repair work.
PLATTE COUNTY
Old Pike Road over Interstate 29: flagging operation from Tue., May 28 until Thu., May 30, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm daily, for bridge deck repair.
Route K (NW Hampton Rd) between NW 79th St and NW Custer Dr: full closure on Thu., May 30, from approximately 8 am until 4 pm, for pavement resurfacing.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
