Lane closure planned Saturday night on westbound I-44 near Pulaski-Phelps county line

Exit 169 closed

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The right-hand (driving) lane of westbound Interstate 44, east of St. Robert, will close Saturday night for the removal of two tractor-trailers. The left-hand (passing) lane will remain open. 

A towing company, under a MoDOT-issued permit, will close the driving lane of westbound I-44 from mile marker 170 in Phelps County to mile marker 167 in Pulaski County. The lane closure will be in place overnight Saturday, April 27, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. 

Both the on- and off-ramps at Exit 169 will be closed. All eastbound exits in this area will remain open. 

All work is weather permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
