One lane of westbound I-70 to close Thursday night

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – One lane of westbound Interstate 70 will close Thursday night, March 28, starting at 7 p.m. and reopen on March 29, at 6 a.m. Contractors working with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) plan to close the westbound driving (right-hand) lane of I-70 just west of Boonville for pavement repairs. Motorists may experience delays.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.

MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones.
