REMINDER: MoDOT hiring workers at March job fairs in Concordia and Kansas City

Other job fairs are being hosted across the state

Lee’s Summit, MO – The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking individuals who are interested in a career this season and beyond. To fill employment vacancies, the department will host two job fairs in the Kansas City area this March with potential for a quick hire. Other job fairs also are being hosted across the state. Career opportunity job postings can be found online at modot.org/careers.

The Kansas City area fairs will be held:

12 – 4 p.m., Sunday, March 24, at the Concordia Maintenance Building, 601 N. Main Concordia, MO 64020.

*At this event, MoDOT will be hiring for signing and striping/maintenance workers.

11 a.m. – 3 p.m., Saturday, March 30, at the Northmoor Maintenance Building, 5248 Waukomis Dr. Kansas City, MO 64151.

MoDOT offers full training and benefits including medical insurance, paid annual and sick leave, educational assistance, paid holidays and more. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license. Applicants also must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, work simulation and physical - comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for the job fair are encouraged.
