TRAFFIC ALERT: Lane closure scheduled on Missouri Highway 371 for resurfacing, March 25- Early June

PLATTE COUNTY- The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing resurfacing operations on MO Highway 371 at the Buchanan County Line to the intersection of MO 371 and MO 273 starting Monday, March 25 until early June from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily. This is a pilot car and flagging operation closing one lane of traffic at a time. This is not a complete closure, but motorist may experience delays. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
