JACKSON COUNTY - Crews will make lighting repairs from approximately 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., March 20-22. This will be a mobile repair operation in the following locations:
March 20, 2024, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
- EB I-70 from the Kansas state line to Broadway Blvd.
- WB I-70 from Broadway Blvd. to the Kansas state line
- SB I-35 from just after Broadway Blvd. to 12th Street
March 21, 2024, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
- EB I-70 from Broadway Blvd. to 12th Street
- WB I-70 from 12th Street to Broadway Blvd.
March 22, 2024, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
- EB I-70 from just after 12th Street to Prospect Ave.
- WB I-70 from Prospect Ave. to just before 12th Street
This work will NOT require complete closures. Motorists may notice different traffic patterns as crews complete phases of work.
Please use alternate routes. All work is weather dependent.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
