ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – The Atchison County U.S. Route 136 bridge over the Missouri River, near Brownville, Nebraska, is scheduled to undergo bridge washing as preventative maintenance at the beginning of next month. AAD Contracting, Inc., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, plans to complete the bridge washing Monday, April 1 through Friday, April 5.
Crews will narrow the roadway to one lane with flaggers guiding traffic through the work zone.
All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
