Where: Eastbound U.S. Route 60 shoulder work at Missouri Route 413 intersection south of Billings
When: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 28 – Tuesday, April 30
What: Contractor crews work on the Route 60 shoulder for a new turn lane during daytime hours as part of the Resurfacing Project on U.S. Route 60 and Railroad Crossing Improvements along U.S. Route 60 in Christian, Greene & Lawrence Counties
Traffic Impacts:
- Eastbound Route 60 shoulder work at Missouri Route 413 intersection south of Billings
- Eastbound Route 60 lanes are shifted to the left
- Eastbound Route 60 is reduced to 10’ lanes
- Speed is reduced to 50 mph in the work zone
- Route 60 OPEN in both directions
- Crews and equipment close to traffic in areas
- Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule.
