Upcoming Planned Roadwork for Northeast Missouri, February 26 - March 8

HANNIBAL – The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.

All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.

Clark County

Route M – February 28 – March 1, CLOSED for brush cutting operations from 1.0 mile north of Route FF to Route D between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Knox County

Missouri Route 11 – February 26 – 29, CLOSED for bridge maintenance over North Fork South Fabius River from Missouri Route 15 to Bobcat Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Lincoln County

U.S. Route 61 (Northbound) – February 29, LANE RESTRICTION for clean-up following a recent traffic incident from 3,000 feet north of Missouri Route 47, continuing north for approximately 3,000 feet between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Macon County

Route H – February 27, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 156 to Neptune Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route H – February 28, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route MM to Nuthatch Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route K – February 29, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Mascot Avenue to Ladder Street between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route MM – March 1, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Nightengale Road to Oxbow Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route AA – March 4 - 5, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route K to National Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Route AA – March 6, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from National Avenue to Nickle Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Marion County

Route CC – February 26 – 29, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route K to Route Z between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Missouri Route 168 – March 4 – 5, CLOSED for brush cutting operations from U.S. Route 61 to CR 404 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Missouri Route 168 – March 6 - 8, CLOSED for brush cutting operations from CR 404 to CR 402 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.

Schuyler County

Route H – March 4, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route W to Gobber Run between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route P - March 5 - 7, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 63 to Woodys Drive between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Route V - March 8, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route D to Hilliard Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route V - March 11, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Hilliard Avenue to North Hickory Grove Lane between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route O - March 12-15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Sidwell Seed Lane to Germania Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Scotland County

Route D – February 26, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 360 to CR 617 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route D – February 27, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 358 to CR 609 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route D – February 28, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 605 to CR 309 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route D – February 29, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 309 to CR 307 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route D – March 1, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 307 to CR 601 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Shelby County

Missouri Route 151 – February 26 - 27, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 120 to Route M between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Route J – March 4 – 8, CLOSED for core drilling operations from approximately 0.6 miles west of Route W between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.

Work with us in the work zone!  Please remember to obey all work zone signs and personnel.  With an increased number of highway work zones in Missouri, we urge all drivers to pay attention every second while driving, especially through a work zone.  Be informed of your route by checking the MoDOT Traveler Information Map before you leave to see if you will encounter any work zones.
