Heartland Drive NOW OPEN at Veterans Memorial Parkway/I-70 South Outer Road near Foristell

HANNIBAL – Today, Thursday, February 15, Heartland Drive in Warren County, located at Veterans Memorial Parkway/I-70 South Outer Road near Foristell, opened to traffic upon completion of the new railroad crossing. Safety improvements at the new crossing include stop arms and warning lights.

Traffic on Archer Road will now access Veterans Memorial Parkway/I-70 South Outer Road using the new Heartland Drive connection. Due to the close proximity to the new improved Heartland Drive railroad crossing, the crossing on Archer Road will be closed and permanently removed beginning later this month.

This work is part of the cost share project with Warren County which includes intersection improvements and a new turn lane on Veterans Memorial Parkway, located at Heartland Drive.
