HANNIBAL – The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.
All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.
Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.
Adair County
Missouri Route 6 – February 12-16, LANE RESTRICTION for brush cutting from U.S. Route 63 to Route V between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
U.S. Route 63 – February 13 – 16, LANE RESTRICTION for sign operations from Benton Road to Route P between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Macon County
Route AA – February 13 - 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from National Avenue to Nickle Avenue between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.
Route AA – February 15 - 16, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Nickle Avenue to Odessa Avenue between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.
Route AA – February 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Odessa Avenue to Orbit Avenue between 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Route AA – February 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Orbit Avenue to Olympic Avenue between 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Missouri Route 149 – February 13 – 22, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance 0.5 mile before and after the box culvert approximately 2 miles North of New Cambria between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.
Monroe County
Route J – February 13, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 1103 to just west of Route OO between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Montgomery County
Outer Road I-70 (Booneslick Road) – February 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Ellis Road to Walnut Street in High Hill between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Ralls County
Route H – February 13 - 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route HH to Lake Shore Drive between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Schuyler County
U.S. Route 136 (Eastbound) – February 20 - 22, LANE RESTRICTION for brush cutting operations from Shaw Lane to Kelso Road between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.
Scotland County
Route D – February 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route A to CR 657 between 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Route D – February 21, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 657 to CR 360 between 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Route D – February 22 - 23, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 657 to CR 360 between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.

With an increased number of highway work zones in Missouri, we urge all drivers to pay attention every second while driving, especially through a work zone.
