ST. LOUIS – Residents who use Route 231 (Telegraph Road) between Franru and the Meramec River may want to attend an open house style public meeting about the corridor.
The meeting is Thursday, February 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the St. Louis Public Library, Cliff Caves Branch, 5430 Telegraph Road, St. Louis MO, 63129.
The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold the open house-style public meeting to share information about an upcoming project along the corridor, with work projected to start in mid-2025. The project will update signals within the corridor and sidewalks on MoDOT right of way north of Christopher and resurface the roadway between Franru and the Meramec River.
There will be no formal presentation. Participants may attend the meeting at any time Thursday, February 22, between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
People who require a reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this event can contact Andrew Gates before February 16 at Andrew.Gates@modot.mo.gov or text 314-223-8003 to discuss your accessibility needs.
For those who are unable to attend the meeting in person, the information shared during the meeting as well as a comment form will be available at Missouri Route 231 Pavement Resurfacing in St. Louis | Missouri Department of Transportation (modot.org) by the time of the meeting.
This meeting will allow the public to share their thoughts and concerns about the plans for the corridor and to provide comments, either directly to the engineers or through the comment form, on those concerns.
