MoDOT holds public meeting to discuss Route 61/67 in St. Louis County January 30

ST. LOUIS – Residents who use Route 61/67 (Lemay Ferry) between Lindbergh and the Meramec River may want to attend an open house style public meeting about the corridor.

The meeting is Tuesday, January 30 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Nottleman Auditorium, Mehlville High School campus, 3200 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis MO, 63125.

The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold the open house-style public meeting to share information about an upcoming project along the corridor, with work projected to start in mid-2025. The project will update signals within the corridor and sidewalks on MoDOT right of way and resurface the roadway between Lindbergh and the Meramec River. It also includes preventative maintenance on bridges along the corridor.

There will be no formal presentation. Participants may attend the meeting at any time Tuesday, January 30 between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

People who require a reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this event can contact Andrew Gates before January 25 at Andrew.Gates@modot.mo.gov or text 314-223-8003 to discuss your accessibility needs.

For those who are unable to attend the meeting in person, the information shared during the meeting as well as a comment form will be available on-line by the time of the meeting.

This meeting will allow the public to share their thoughts and concerns about the plans for the corridor and to provide comments, either directly to the engineers or through the comment form, on those concerns.
