Johnson County Route WW Scheduled to Close for Bridge Replacement, January 15 - June 1

JOHNSON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will be closing Johnson County Route WW over Muddy Creek between Missouri Route 23 and Missouri Route 2 in Windsor for a bridge replacement. Work will begin Monday, January 15 at 6am. The project is scheduled to be completed on June 1. Motorists along Route WW will need to seek alternate routes during the closure. There are signed detours on Missouri Route 2 and Missouri Route 23.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching, or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
