In Springfield December 10 & 11 for Bridge Work

What: Westbound U.S. Route 60 left lane Closed at night between U.S. Route 65 and Glenstone Avenue in Springfield

When: 9 p.m. – 6 a.m. Sunday & Monday, December 10 & 11

Details: Contractor working on the Route 60 Bridge west of Route 65 after the bridge was struck on Saturday, December 2.

Traffic Impacts:

  • Westbound U.S. Route 60 left lane Closed at night between U.S. Route 65 and Glenstone Avenue in Springfield
  • Watch for crews and large equipment working close to traffic
  • Drivers urged to find alternate routes. No signed detours are planned.
  • Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
  • Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
