CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will CLOSE U.S. Route 169 at 188th street in Smithville starting at 7 a.m. on Mon., Dec. 18 until 7 a.m. on Fri. Dec. 22 at for waterline operations. All work is weather permitting.
