Lane and ramp closures scheduled for NB I-49 and MO Route 2 in Cass County, Nov. 20-21

CASS COUNTY– Crews will perform pavement repair work requiring the following lane and ramp closures at Interstate 49 and MO Route 2 (Commercial Street) in Harrisonville, MO.

Monday, Nov. 20- Tuesday, Nov. 21

  • MO Route 2 (Commercial Street) EB/WB will have a daily flagging operation over I-49 from approximately 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 20 and Tuesday, Nov. 21. This will not be a complete closure on MO Route 2 (Commercial Street).

Tuesday, Nov. 21

  • The ramp from MO Route 2 (Commercial Street) to NB I-49 will be closed from approximately 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 21

All work is weather dependent.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
