SIKESTON—U.S. Route 61 in New Madrid County will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform shoulder repairs.
This section of roadway is located from Route HH to Route W near Matthews, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, Nov. 8 through Tuesday, Nov. 14 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
