ST. LOUIS – Drivers who use Interstate 64 near I-270 and the hospitals in St. Louis County should allow extra time or consider alternate routes to avoid a ramp closure this weekend.
Weather permitting, crews will close the ramp from eastbound I-64 to Ballas Road (Exit 26) Friday, November 3 at 8 p.m. for guardrail work.
The ramp will reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, November 6.
To detour around the closure, drivers can continue eastbound on I-64 to Spoede Road (Exit 27), cross over the interstate, and take westbound I-64 to exit at Ballas Road (Exit 26).
