JACKSON COUNTY– Crews will perform pavement repair at various locations on U.S. Highway 50 in Jackson County.
Monday, Oct. 23 from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26
- Crews will close one lane of westbound U.S. 50 at Blackwell Rd. This will not be a complete closure.
Monday, Oct. 23 from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26
- Crews will close one lane of eastbound U.S. 50 at northbound MO 291. This will not be a complete closure. The closure will take place each evening and overnight, Oct. 23-Oct. 25
Thursday, Oct. 26 from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 27
- Crews will close one lane of westbound and eastbound U.S. 50 at N. Bynum Rd. in Lone Jack
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
