U.S. Route 160 Intersection Improvements in Christian

Where: Traffic Shifts at Christian County Route AA/Outer Road 160 and U.S. Route 160 and in Nixa

When: Beginning the week of October 30, for up to 10 months

What: Crews are working on Route 160 bridge and Route 160/Route AA intersection and as part of the Route 160 Intersection Improvements Project. Traffic patterns at Route AA will change after this phase is complete.

Traffic Impacts:

  • Right-in/Right-out at Route AA to southbound Route 160 in Nixa
  • Right-in/Right-out at Outer Road 160 to northbound Route 160
  • Route 160 median Closed at Route AA/Outer Road 160
  • Route 160 OPEN
  • No signed detours, drivers are urged to find alternate routes
  • Signs and message boards will alert drivers to work zone
  • Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule.
