ST. LOUIS – In preparation for the upcoming winter season, the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will hold its annual winter operations drill Thursday, October 19.
Motorists traveling on area interstates, state highways and routes will notice MoDOT snow vehicles traveling throughout the St. Louis area starting at 10 a.m. Thursday.
