Pavement repairs scheduled for I-670 EB, Overnight, Oct. 17-19

I-670 EB will be closed from the I-70 split to the on ramp at I-70 SB to I-670 WB

JACKSON COUNTY – Crews will close eastbound Interstate 670 from the I-70 split to the on ramp at I-70 SB to I-670 WB for pavement repairs. This work will take place from approximately 8 p.m. until 6 a.m., each evening, beginning Tuesday, Oct. 17 through Thursday, Oct. 19. This will be a complete closure of I-670 EB in the work area during the times listed above.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead and be vigilant of work in the area. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
