TRAFFIC ALERT: Permit work will require lane closures on U.S. Highway 69 in Kansas City, Oct. 16

CLAY COUNTY – Permit work requires temporary CLOSURES of one lane on southbound and northbound U.S. Highway 69 at Old Pike Road in Kansas City. Work will be in progress for a short duration and will begin at approximately 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 16. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
