PLATTE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will make traffic modifications for slide repair improvements near Camden Point. All work is weather permitting. Motorists may experience delays at the following locations:
Tues., Oct. 10 – Thurs., Oct. 12
- Crews will CLOSE one lane of northbound Interstate 29 at Mile Marker 22.5 from approximately 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Oct. 10-12. This will not be a complete closure.
Thurs., Oct. 12
- Crews will CLOSE one lane of southbound Interstate 29 at Mile Marker 24.5 from approximately 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Oct. 12. This will not be a complete closure.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
