Pavement repair work scheduled for Hwy JJ and Hwy H in Johnson County, Oct. 3-4

JOHNSON COUNTY – MoDOT crews will be performing pavement repair work requiring a flagging operation at the following locations and times, Oct. 3-4. All work is weather permitting.

  • Oct. 3: Hwy JJ will have a flagging operation from Hwy 13 to where state maintenance ends from approximately 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
  • Oct. 4: Hwy H will have a flagging operation from Hwy 13 to the Lafayette County line from approximately 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The work below will not require complete closures, but motorists may experience delays in the area.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
