Week of October 2 for Railroad Work
What/When:
- Greene County Route AB Railroad Crossing CLOSURE between Missouri Route 266 and Farm Road 124 north of Republic
- 7 a.m. Monday, October 2 until 5 p.m. Tuesday, October 3
- Greene County Route EE Railroad Crossing CLOSURE at Farm Road 81 north of Republic
- 7 a.m. Tuesday, October 3 until 5 p.m. Wednesday, October 4
Details: Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway doing repairs on the railroad. Railroad crossings are to be closed intermittently and for no more than 2 days.
Traffic Impacts:
- Greene County Route AB Railroad Crossing CLOSURE between Missouri Route 266 and Farm Road 124 north of Republic
- Greene County Route EE Railroad Crossing CLOSURE at Farm Road 81 north of Republic
- Railroad crossings are to be CLOSED for no more than 2 days
- Drivers will be able to get to driveways and entrances on either side of the work zones, but will not be able to travel through the work zones
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes. No signed detours are planned.
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
