Permit work will require lane closures on U.S. Route 69 and N Dexter Avenue, Sept. 26 - 27

CLAY COUNTY – Permit work for overhead aerial conductor line crossing work will close one lane on northbound and southbound U.S. Route 69 and North Dexter Avenue in Kansas City. Work will begin daily on Tuesday, Sept. 26 until Wednesday, Sept. 27 starting at approximately 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
