Upcoming Planned Roadwork for Northeast Missouri, September 18 to September 29

HANNIBAL – The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.

All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.

Audrain County

Route FF – September 18, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Cline Road in Boone County to CR 989 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route FF – September 19 - 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 989 to CR 977 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Route FF – September 25, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 957 to CR 951 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route FF – September 26, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 957 to CR 951 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route FF – September 27 - 28, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 951 to CR 947 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Macon County

U.S. Route 36 (Westbound) – September 18 - 19, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from U.S. Route 63 to Long Branch Lake Road between 7:00 a.m. on Monday, September 18 and 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 19. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

U.S. Route 36 (Westbound) – September 19 - 20, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from 0.5 mile East and West of Route C and Route O at Bevier between 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 19 and 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

U.S. Route 36 (Westbound) – September 20 - 21, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from 0.5 mile East and West of Route C and Route O at Bevier between 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20 and 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 21. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

U.S. Route 36 (Eastbound) – September 25 - 26, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from 0.5 mile East to 1 mile West of Fireworks Avenue between 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25 and 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

U.S. Route 36 (Eastbound) – September 26, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from 0.5 mile East to 1 mile West of Fireworks Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

U.S. Route 63 (Northbound) – September 27 - 28, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Karma Street to Route Y between 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27 and 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 28. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

U.S. Route 63 (Northbound) – September 28, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Laser Street to Kite Place between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

Montgomery County

Route K – September 25 – 28, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance operations 0.5 mile before and after bridge over Loutre River between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

Pike County

Missouri Route 79 – September 18, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Route B to CR 120 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Randolph County

Route C – September 18 - 21, CLOSED for bridge maintenance from start to end of bridge over U.S. Route 24 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Work with us in the work zone!  Please remember to obey all work zone signs and personnel.  With an increased number of highway work zones in Missouri, we urge all drivers to pay attention every second while driving, especially through a work zone.  Be informed of your route by checking the MoDOT Traveler Information Map before you leave to see if you will encounter any work zones.
