CLAY COUNTY- Crews will be performing a traffic switch on Interstate 29/ Interstate 35 that will require lane closures. All work is weather permitting. Motorists may experience delays at the following locations:
Thursday, Sept. 14th – Friday, Sept. 15th
- Crews will close two lanes on southbound I-29/ I-35 between Missouri Route 210/ Armour Road and Levee Road between 7:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. One lane will remain open.
Monday, Sept. 18th
- Crews will close the southbound exit ramp on I-29/I-35 at Levee Road between 7 p.m. until approximately the beginning of October.
Monday, Sept. 18th – Tuesday, Sept. 19th
- Crews will close two lanes on southbound I-29/ I-35 between Missouri Route 210/ Armour Road and Levee Road between 7:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. One lane will remain open.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
