CASS COUNTY – Crews will close the I-49 outer road (Rock Haven Rd.), in both directions, from just south of Overpass Road to just past Indian Springs Road from approximately 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 18 until 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28. This closure is for bridge deck work on the bridge over the East Fork East Branch South Grand River. All work is weather dependent. Motorists may experience delays in the area.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
