Upcoming Planned Roadwork for Northeast Missouri, September 5 to September 14

HANNIBAL – The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.

All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.

Audrain County

Route D – September 11, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 975 to Route HH between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Route D – September 12, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 965 to Route M between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Route D – September 13, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 917 to CR 919 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Lewis County

Route N – September 5 – 6, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route 6 to 310th Street between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Lincoln County

Route K – September 5-6, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from U.S. Route 61 to end of State Maintenance between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. An 11-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

Route A – September 5-7, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Missouri Route 47 to Route DD between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. An 11-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

Route W – September 7, 11-14, CLOSED for asphalt pavement repairs from Route B to Pike County line near Hall Road between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

Route C – September 7, 11-13, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from U.S. 61 to Missouri Route 79 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. An 11-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

Macon County

U.S. Route 63 (Southbound) – September 5 - 6, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Kayak Avenue to Route T between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

U.S. Route 36 (Eastbound) – September 5 - 6, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance over Long Branch Lake Road one mile before and after the bridge between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. An 11-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

Monroe County

U.S. Route 24 September – 5 - 6, LANE RESTRICTION for shoulder work from 0.5 miles west of Route C to 0.5 miles west of Missouri Route 154 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

U.S. Route 24 – September 6, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations work from Business 36 to 4th Street between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Pike County

East Outer Road U.S. Route 61 – September 5, CLOSED for patching operations from U.S. Route 61 to Route B in Frankford between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Randolph County

Route C – September 11-14, CLOSED for bridge maintenance over U.S. Route 24 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Schuyler County

Route W - September 6-7, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from one mile west of Route W to Range Drive between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route W - September 11, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route H to White Oak Avenue between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Shelby County

Route T – September 5, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route AA to Missouri Route 168 between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route T – September 6, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 36 to Route AA between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route J – September 7, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 15 to Route W between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

U.S. Route 36 (Eastbound) – September 11-14, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from CR 486 to Business Route 36 at Monroe City from 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

Warren County

I-70 (Eastbound) – September 10-11, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations between mile markers 194 and 209.6 between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

I-70 (Eastbound) – September 11-12, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations between mile markers 194 and 209.6 between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

I-70 (Eastbound) – September 12-13, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations between mile markers 194 and 209.6 between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

I-70 (Westbound) – September 13-14, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations between mile markers 194 and 209.6 between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working daily.

Work with us in the work zone!  Please remember to obey all work zone signs and personnel.  With an increased number of highway work zones in Missouri, we urge all drivers to pay attention every second while driving, especially through a work zone.  Be informed of your route by checking the MoDOT Traveler Information Map before you leave to see if you will encounter any work zones.
