Where: Westbound I-44 on- and off ramps (Exit 84) and Mulroy Road bridge over I-44 OPEN in Springfield

When: As of 12 p.m., Friday, September 1

What: Contractor crews have completed north end of “dog bone” interchange at Mulroy Road and I-44

Traffic Impacts:

  • Westbound on- and off- ramps at Mile Marker 84 are OPEN to traffic
  • Mulroy Road bridge over I-44 OPEN to traffic
  • Mulroy Road north of I-44 CLOSED as crews install a roundabout
  • Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching work zones
  • Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
