Two Dent County routes to narrow tomorrow for bridge maintenance

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo – Local maintenance crews will narrow Missouri Routes 32 and 72 in Dent County tomorrow morning, Thursday, Aug. 31 for bridge maintenance.

Weather permitting, work will take place according to the following schedule:

  • 8 to 10 a.m. Route 72 at the Stone Hill Branch Bridge near County Road 5225
  • 8 to 10 a.m. Route 32 from County Road 4380 to County Road 4400
  • 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Route 32 from County Road 5523 to County Road 4433

Advanced warning signs will be in place and flaggers will guide motorists through the work zones.

MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change. Motorists are advised to use extra caution through work zones, obey all traffic signs, and avoid any distractions.
