Where: Missouri Route 96 bridges over Missouri & Northern Arkansas Railroad in Carthage

Details: These bridges closed in May while contractor crews replaced the bridge deck/driving surface with a new latex concrete surface in the east- and westbound lanes. The bridges are located between Jasper County Road 162 and I-49 in Carthage.
This contract also included replacing the bridge deck/driving surfaces on two bridges on I-49 over the MNA Railroad in Nevada. That work was completed in 2022.
