Join MoDOT at the A-Frame to talk about the Rocheport Bridge

Saturday Superintendent Talk Aug. 19 at 9 a.m.

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Rocheport Bridge Design-Build team, including the Missouri Department of Transportation and its consultant the Lunda Team, will gather with the public at the A-Frame Winegarden on the Blufftop at Rocheport this Saturday, Aug. 19, to update the public on the project’s progress and what is coming up next.

On the third Saturday of each month, April through October, the team invites the public to join them at a location close to the bridge to discuss the current status and what travelers can expect in the immediate future. With the new bridge construction going on in the background, the public has a unique opportunity to listen to and ask questions of some of the key people involved in the project.

The team will talk about progress on the replacement of the Route BB overpass, what’s next for the old bridge, and the next steps towards building a new eastbound bridge. There will also be an opportunity for the public to ask questions of the team.
