JACKSON COUNTY – Crews will be performing overnight pavement repair work at various locations in Jackson County. Work will take place (approximately) at the dates, times, and locations listed below.
Tuesday, Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 16
- Crews will close various lanes on southbound Missouri Route 9 before Admiral Blvd. Access to Admiral Blvd will remain open throughout the repair process
Tuesday, Aug. 15 at 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20
- Crews will close two lanes on southbound I-35 at Summit St.
- The ramps to Penn Valley and Southwest TRFY will be CLOSED from southbound I-35
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
