Overnight pavement repair work scheduled for various locations in Clay County, Aug. 14-15

CLAY COUNTY – Crews will be performing overnight pavement repair work at various locations in Clay County. Work will take place from approximately 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 14 until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 15 at the following locations.

  • Crews will close one lane of Missouri Route 152 eastbound from U.S. Route 169 to I-435
  • Crews will close the on ramps from Missouri Route 1 and N. Brighton Ave to eastbound Missouri Route 152
  • Crews will close the ramp to N. Brighton Ave from westbound Missouri Route 152

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
