Emergency culvert replacement to close portion of Route 94 in Callaway County

Travelers asked to find alternative route on Wednesday, July 19

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Due to an emergency culvert replacement, the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is asking motorists to find an alternative route on Wednesday, July 19, along Missouri Route 94 between Callaway County Route AA and County Road 4015.

Local maintenance crews will close Route 94 approximately 1 mile west of Route AA for a culvert replacement. Eastbound and westbound lanes will be closed to all traffic between Route AA and County Road 4015 on Wednesday, July 19, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Travelers will need to use an alternate route. All work is weather permitting, and schedules are subject to change.

MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones.
