SIKESTON—Route 142 in Ripley County will be closed as contractor crews replace the bridge over Mill Creek.
This section of roadway is located between Route V and County Road 142W-11 near Gatewood, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Aug. 9 with completion anticipated Tuesday, Nov. 11.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
