JOHNSON COUNTY – MoDOT crews will be performing daily culvert replacement work requiring the closure of eastbound and westbound MO ROUTE Y at the following locations and times, July 17-19. All work is weather permitting.
July 17
- Route Y will be closed from County Road 201 to County Road 171 from approximately 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
July 18
- Route Y will be closed from County Road 171 to County Road 101 from approximately 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
July 19
- Route Y will be closed from County Road 171 to County Road 101 between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
