PLATTE COUNTY – Crews will make the following traffic changes for pavement repair work on Interstate 29 this week. All work is weather permitting.
Tuesday, July 11 – Wednesday, July 12
- Crews will CLOSE one lane of northbound I-29 from Route HH to Missouri Route 371 beginning at 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Thursday, July 13 – Friday, July 14
- Crews will close one lane of southbound I-29 near Missouri Route 371 beginning at 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.
- Crews will close the ramp from SB I-29 to Mexico City Ave beginning at 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
