PLATTE COUNTY – Crews will complete permit work requiring the COMPLETE closure of the bridge on Route Z over the Platte River. The closure will take place from approximately 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11 through Thursday, July 13. Additionally, over the next few weeks, motorists may notice work taking place near the bridge.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
