U.S. Route 136 in Schuyler County is Now Open

HANNIBAL – U.S. Route 136 is NOW OPEN, located 1.2 miles west of U.S. Route 63, near Lancaster in Schuyler County.

Contractors from Emery Sapp & Sons working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, began work on the project May 30, which involved removing the bridge over the abandoned railroad and replacing it with a culvert. The roadway reopened to motorist traffic today, June 23, 2023.
