MoDOT to close two ramps at I-64, I-270 June 23-26

ST. LOUIS – Drivers who use Interstate 64 and Interstate 270 may want to consider alternate routes or allow extra time June 23-26 as MoDOT will close interchange ramps as part of on-going bridge rehabilitation.

Weather permitting, crews will close the ramps from southbound I-270 to eastbound I-64 (Exit 12A) and from northbound I-270 to westbound I-64 (Exit 12) for pavement repairs on the ramps. Ramps close on Friday, June 23 at 9 p.m. and will reopen on Monday, June 26 by 5 a.m. The ramp to eastbound I-64 at Exit 12 will remain open.

The detour route for the southbound I-270 to eastbound I-64 ramp will be to take westbound I-64 to Mason Road (Exit 24), cross over the interstate and head eastbound on I-64. The detour route for the northbound I-270 to westbound I-64 ramp will be to head east on I-64, exit at Spoede (Exit 27) and get back onto westbound I-64.
