Lane and ramp closures scheduled for I-435 in Clay County and Platte County, June 19-23

 

CLAY AND PLATTE COUNTIES – Crews will continue pavement repair work on Interstate 435 in Clay County and Platte County. This work will require the closure of one lane northbound I-435 and one lane southbound I-435 from NW Cookingham Drive to NE 108th Street from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m., June 19-23.

In addition, work on the following ramps will require intermittent closures between the hours of 6 a.m. until 6 p.m., June 19-23.

  • I-435 NB ramp to N Woodland
  • N Woodland ramp to I-435 NB
  • I-435 SB ramp to N Woodland
  • N Woodland ramp to SB I-435

All work is weather permitting. Motorists may experience delays.  

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
