Traffic Alert: Chipman Rd. ramp to eastbound U.S. 50 to CLOSE June 21-22
JACKSON COUNTY – Crews will CLOSE the ramp from NW Chipman Road to eastbound U.S. 50 beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, June 21, until approximately 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 22. This closure is to remove a damaged lighting pull box from the pavement. Motorists will need to seek alternate routes during this time. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
