Route 17 in Howell County Reduced for Shoulder Work

SIKESTON― Missouri Route 17 in Howell County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews construct shoulders and add rumble strips.

This section of roadway is located from Route 160 to Route WW in Mountain View, Missouri.  

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 19 through Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
